IWWWFB 2025 Registration
We extend a warm invitation to all authors and co-authors who have submitted an abstract to register and join us for IWWWFB 2025. The registration fee for delegates and students covers the entire workshop from Sunday, May 11th, to Wednesday, May 14th, including:
- Participation in IWWWFB 2025, and book of abstracts
- All meals from lunch on Sunday,11 May to lunch on Wednesday, 14 May, inclusive
- Three nights' accommodation at Mandarin Oriental (check-in Sunday, 11 May and check-out Wednesday, 14 May)
- All social events, including the reception on Sunday evening, the Shanghai evening on Monday, and the Banquet on Tuesday evening
The registration fee of the partners is inclusive of all of the above as well as:
- Guided tour of Shanghai
- An afternoon trip to Shanghai Museum, City tour
- A day trip to Huangpu River and the Bund, Shanghai Oriental Pearl Tower
- A morning trip to Yuyuan Garden
- Guided tour of Suzhou
- A day trip to Jinji Lake and Suzhou Museum
- All transportation, booking fees, and any meals while out

Online Participation
All presentations at IWWWFB 2025 will be delivered in person, offering an immersive experience for attendees. However, we understand that not everyone can join us physically. That is why we are excited to offer online participation, allowing those unable to attend in person to still engage with the workshop. All workshop sessions and presentations will be streamed online, and remote participants will be able to engage with all discussions. We will be utilizing the Zoom platform for this purpose.

Extra Nights
We have negotiated a very favourable B&B rate to cover up to one night before and one night after the workshop at USD $195.00 (CNY ￥1400) for a single occupancy room or for a double occupancy room. Should you be interested in staying extra nights, kindly submit your request and payment for additional nights separately. Upon completing your registration, please fill out the 'Extra Nights' form below. Once we receive your request, a confirmation of your booking will be sent to you.
Visa Invitation Letters
If you need to apply for a Chinese visa, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. We can issue your formal invitation letter if at least one of the following applies:
- You have already submitted an abstract to the conference
- You have already registered for the conference
